Jambalaya

Ingredients:

1 lb. of broccoli

1/4 of red onion

1 Red Pepper Diced

1 can season black beans

4oz of garlic Cilantro salsa or your choice

2 cups cooked rice

4 Grass-Fed Beef Teton Sausages

  

Directions:
1. In a medium pan cooked the rice.

2. Rinse off the vegetables

3. Using a cutting board dice the red pepper and onion into small pieces. Cut the broccoli to just the florets. 4. Sauté, microwave, or roast the broccoli till tender

5.  While broccoli cooks, slice each sausage into approximately 8-9 pieces.

6. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the red pepper and onion. Next add the sausage to the skillet to brown and cook.

 7. Once, they are tender and sausage is browned add in the broccoli. Next add in the 2cups of cooked rice, the season black beans, and the salsa. 


Notes:

· This recipe is Dairy-Free, Soy-free, Gluten-Free as written

This recipe can also be made Vegan and omit the sausage and add extra veggies and black beans. 

· Serving suggestions: This is also great served with a simple salad of mixed greens.
